Terry Langford began his career in the housing industry as a licensed heating and air contractor, all the while building a successful home construction business.  About 10 years ago Terry decided to step aside and let brothers, Johnathon & Kyle actually manage the business.  Johnathon, president, is responsible for the day-to-day operations--from developing subdivisions to drawing board decisions. This frees up Terry to personally oversee the construction of each home.

Growing up in the business gives Jonathon the hands-on experience textbooks could never teach about this industry. He has taken his responsibility for the approximate 550 homes Brownstone & Associates has built very seriously. Record sales have been the result since his adjunct into the family business.

Cale's decision to join his father and brother was extremely beneficial to the company. With 3 degrees from the University of Kentucky, in Agriculture/Economics and Marketing, he has assisted in making the business what it is today.

With a degree in Architecture from Georgia Tech and having studied at Southern Tech as well, Mike took stock early on in the construction industry and has never wavered.  Having spent 8 years as a VP of Torrey Homes in Charlotte, North Carolina, he oversaw the entire area operation.  Being involved in literally 1000's of newly constructed homes, Mike made the decision approximately 10 years ago to strike out on his own.  From light commercial building in North Carolina to the new home market in Georgia, Mike came back to his native Atlanta several years ago to build and design homes for potential buyers in Cobb and Cherokee Counties.  His true success comes from listening to people and providing the best affordable homes their dollar can buy.  Mike currently resides in Acworth, Georgia.
